subtle orange

It’s amazing how great the weather is in LA.  Wearing a breezy silk tunic in the middle of February with no need for a jacket.  Amazing weather.

I usually don’t wear too much color or patterns but this top is so irresistible.  The hints of subtle orange mixed into the fun pattern makes it such a fun piece to wear but it’s surprisingly really versatile.  I was thinking of pairing it with my usual black boots but decided to go all out with my new snakeskin chelsea boots.

Sometimes it’s fun to just let go and have fun.

Sporty

Sporty Sporty (2)Wanted to embrace a sportier look in my wardrobe and ended up purchasing the dress and vest at H&M. Really liking how the zipper on the dress and the tightness of it gives off a surfer chic vibe. I thought my black and white sandals would be a perfect complement to the white vest, really embracing the sporty look I want to achieve and also giving a slight nod towards the black and white color trend for spring.

And of course my only pair of sunglasses, at the moment, were the perfect finishing touch. 😛
